Membership

We invite you to join the West Saginaw Civic Association – a group of people dedicated to improving Saginaw’s west side. Our members are business owners, property owners, and managers of west Saginaw’s businesses and non-profits. Meetings are open to all members of the association and anyone interested in learning more about the developing projects in west Saginaw. Meetings are at 5:30pm on the second Wednesday of each month.

How to Become a Member

1. download and return a completed Membership Form to the

2. include a check for $100 made out to Old Saginaw City, Inc.
